Who ADI Leak Detection are
ADI Leak Detection was started in 2011 by its founder, Adrian, as a specialist leak detection company at a time when most leaks were still found by opening things up. He was an early adopter of non-invasive methods and built the business from a local service into a national one. After Adrian died, ADI Leak Solutions Ltd was formed to carry the company on under the same name and the same principles. It is led today by managing director Monique Dray, who has been with the company for more than ten years.
Today ADI runs more than twenty-five leak investigation engineers across England, Scotland and Wales, supported by an office team in High Wycombe that handles booking, scheduling, reports and customer questions. ADI states that its engineers are all qualified and registered plumbers; it does not offer general plumbing, and it does not repair roofs or building fabric.
ADI's own website carries more than a thousand five-star reviews on Trustpilot; the independent profile showed a TrustScore of 4.7 from 1600+ reviews when we checked on 14 September 2026.
Why boiler pressure has its own website
Nobody searches for "central heating leak detection" on the first day. They search for the thing in front of them: a gauge that keeps dropping, an F22 on the display, a boiler that needs topping up again. By the time most people call a leak specialist, they have usually had a plumber or two out, tried bleeding the radiators, and wondered about leak sealer.
This site starts where you are, with the gauge, and explains what the pressure is telling you before it asks you to call. When you do call, you reach ADI's office. The service, the engineers and the terms are ADI's throughout.

The office is where it starts
Every heating job begins with a conversation. The office team asks how often you top up, what boiler you have, how many radiators, and whether anyone has put leak sealer in. Then they quote it and book the engineer. They send the report afterwards, and if your insurer has a question about the findings, they are the people to ring.
